Pickup and Shipping Information

 

Orders are open for shipping to United States destinations and for local pickup at the PinGlass/Multimorphic factory in Round Rock, TX by appointment.  For our International friends, we’ll be working with distributors and resellers around the world to bring PinGlass products to you.  Please email us at [email protected] to recommend your favorite pinball parts supplier or distributor.

Factory appointments are available between 9am and 4:30pm Monday – Friday.  Please specify your desired pickup time in the order notes, and we will confirm via email.  Please allow at least 24 hours to prepare your order.  For local pickup, the glass may be paper-wrapped for basic protection, but please bring your own blankets, towels, etc. to protect the glass during transit.
