Order Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds due to customer-requested order cancellations are subject to 3.5% processing fees.

Delivery

All orders are shipped via UPS, with rates depending on the quantity of products order and the resulting package size(s) and weight(s).

We unfortunately do not provide international shipping at this time, but we are making our products available to resellers around the world.  If you’re interested in purchasing PinGlass products outside of the United States, please have your preferred local pinball parts supplier contact us at [email protected] for distribution options.
